Improves prototyping efficiency and shortens the product development cycle. The build volume of 192 × 120 × 180 mm, minimum layer thickness of 0.025 mm and 4K resolution ensure reliable and detailed print results for a large build volume. 

The Shining3D AccuFab-L4K 3D printer also offers high print accuracy, uniform brightness, and high resolution, as well as multiple material options and professional software. The print speed ranges from 10 to 50 mm/h. In addition, the DLP 3D printer has an integrated cooling system and plug-and-play software. The 3D printer is compatible with several resins, including those from third-party suppliers: flexible Resin, medical Resin and other SLA materials.

Applications

Standard Resin
Standard Resin is a stable and high-performance standardised resin. It features high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality, which is excellent for showing details in prints. It meets most requirements in prototyping, engineering and small-batch production.

Water washable Resin
It is an environmentally friendly, low-odour resin easily cleaned with water. The use of alcohol or IPA is not dangerous. The water-washable Resin has high surface quality, strong mechanical properties and stability.

Hard resins
They are specifically formulated to provide class-leading tensile strength and stiffness, high print accuracy with low shrinkage, and long-term UV stability of printed parts. These prints have low water absorption and are easy to polish.

Durable Resin
Durable Resin can withstand some pressure without damaging the structure. It is suitable for technical prototypes that temporarily withstand pressure or tension. This is the right choice for demanding resin applications where a limited amount of shock absorption, compression, low bending stress, and elasticity are required to avoid brittle fracture.

Flexible Resin
Flexible Resin with pleasing softness and good elastic properties can simulate the deformation scenarios of various products during actual use. It offers high elongation at break and combines high damping with long-term rebound and torsional strength, as its structure deteriorates minimally over time.

Medical grade resin
Self-developed Resin with certification proof for medical devices, suitable for printing medical products and entry-level medical aids, e.g. wrist guards orthodontic models.
